Pedicure

In a narrow sense pedicure is a therapy for feet and legs. It is not prestige. Regularly maintained feet are crucial for light and vivid walking.

We need to be aware that feet inhabit many neural receptors that transmit stimuli through central nervous system to all body parts and vice versa. Blockages and disorders of energy flow through these receptors cause illnesses.

Another reason for visiting a pedicurist are problems like clavus, hard, thick skin, corns, ingrown nails.

If you plan to take a foot reflexotherapy, a precedent pedicure would be advisable.

However, a pedicure can still be just a simple pampering of your feet that deserve at least a few minutes once a month.

It is an old rule that says, if the feet are ok, everything else will be much lighter too.

“A tree that can fill the span of a man’s arms grows from a downy tip; A terrace nine stories high rises from handfuls of earth; A journey of a thousand miles starts from beneath one’s feet.”
